Ian is a transformational supply chain leader with more than 30 years’ experience reshaping major logistics networks across the UK, Europe and North America.

Beginning his career as a transport planner, he rose to lead major verticals at CEVA, Unipart and GXO. Ian has delivered large‑scale restructuring programmes across multiple sectors and operated critical functions such as a Belgium‑based control tower for inbound flows. His track record also includes the launch of an inbound rail service to DIRFT in partnership with DB Schenker and leading a major productivity programme across complex automated sites in North America.
