Adrian Harris is Castore's chief supply chain officer and an experienced board level operations leader with 30 years’ experience leading supply chain operations in the UK, Europe and Asia.

Adrian started his career in the Royal Logistic Corps, the British Army’s supply chain organisation. On leaving the military, his career focussed on retail supply chain and logistics leading large operations in businesses such as Tesco, Amazon and Marks and Spencer. Prior to Castore he was chief operating officer in both Yodel and Headlam PLC. Adrian currently leads Castore’s supply chain whilst also serving as a non-executive director for Dormole Ltd.

During his career, Adrian has delivered significant strategic changes from implementation of technology to supply chain transformation. With long-standing ecommerce experience he is a customer focused chain leader, balancing both service and efficiency. He is equally comfortable in the operational detail or board level strategic direction setting.
