Shaun joined the Superdry Executive team in August 2019 as Global Sourcing & Sustainability Director, before becoming Chief Operating Officer in July 2023 with strategic accountability for Superdry’s Sourcing, Quality, Merchandising, Logistics, Technology, and Procurement functions. He is also the Executive sponsor for our sustainability roadmap. Shaun has over 25 years' experience working in senior positions in the retail apparel sector, including six years with George at ASDA. Shaun has been with Superdry since 2011, playing a pivotal role in supporting the business to become a global multi-channel brand and more recently, driving the business’ Restructuring Plan.
